How To Set Up an Apple Genius Bar Appointment
Setting up an Apple Genius bar appointment is pretty easy. Here are the steps to follow;
- Navigate to the support.apple.com page.
- Then, choose the product for which you want support.
- Scroll down to “Tell us how we can assist,” then click “Get help.”
- Choose the topic that best describes your problem.
- Choose the subtopic that best describes your problem.
Note: If your problem is not listed, pick “The topic is not listed” and describe the situation.
- Follow the prompts on the screen to provide Apple with further information about your problem. If you haven’t already, you may be offered with viable remedies to attempt right away.
- Select “Bring in for Repair” for Genius Bar on the “How would you want to obtain help?” page.
- You’ll be asked to sign in using your Apple ID.
- Enter your address or use your current location to find the nearest service provider.
