The next page is where you select your device from the list of supported device and on the second row, you enter “Application Code”

To get Application Code, open WeChat app or you can download from Playstore and register. Search for “MIUI” click on the official MIUI handle, and send MIUI 12 on the background. You will receive a code (numbers), that’s what you will input in the second Row after selecting your device.
