How to reset Beats headphones or earbuds

Follow the following process to reset your Beats headphones and earbuds according to the type.

 Beats Studio 3 Wireless:

  • Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.
  • Release the buttons when the Fuel Gauge flashes
  • You have successfully reset your headphones and they are now ready to be paired with your devices again.

Beats Solo 3 Wireless:

  • Press and hold the volume down and power buttons for 10 seconds.
  • Release the buttons when the Fuel Guage flashes. 
  • Your headphones are now reset and ready to be paired.

  Powerbeats Pro:

  • Put both of the Powerbeats Pro earphones in their charging case
  • Now press the button on the inside of the case. When you see the indicator light flash red and white, release your hold.
  • The LED should now be flashing white, an indicator that they are now reset and ready to be paired again.

Powerbeats Wireless:

  • Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.
  • Release your hold when the LED indicator light flashes.
  • Your earphones are now reset and ready to be paired again.

Beats Pill+ Speaker:

  • Plug your Beats Pill+ into a power source using its Lightning-to-USB cable.
  • Turn on the speaker.
  • Press and hold the “b” button and the power button for about six seconds.
  • The Fuel Gauge will flash red six times.
  • Your Beats Pill+ is now restored to the default settings.

 Beats X Wireless:

  • Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.
  • Release your hold as soon as the LED indicator light flashes.
  • Your earphones are now reset and ready to be paired again.
