Taking a screenshot on Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 4 is as easy as how you take a screenshot on your regular Galaxy smartphones and other devices too. Before proceeding to the steps, it is interesting to note that while the two watches are dissimilar in some ways, the screenshot process is the same for all Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 5 series.
To take a screenshot on Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 4,
- Ensure that the Galaxy smartwatch is unlocked
- Hold on to your Home Key and Side key at the same time
- Click on the two keys at the same time
- You’ll notice a flash on your Galaxy Watch showing that you have taken a screenshot.
These steps are very similar to taking a screen capture on your smartphone. Having taken a screen capture, you can navigate through your connected phone to see what you’ve taken.
When you take a screenshot on Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 4, other than saving the capture in a different local folder or something on your Photos app, the photo saves to your Google Photo, that is if you have your account connected. You can now access the photo at the top of your Google Photos feed, quite convenient.
