There’s a limited choice of VPN protocols available on iTop. The company offers TCP, UDP, and HTTPS, with the third option absent on mobile. Unfortunately, the available options on the desktop aren’t standard VPN protocol.

Also, it has limited compatibility, and the available server locations are another issue. The company still needs to work on these issues and improve its chat support.
