While we are concentrating on other messaging apps and the tweaks they offer, sources have reported the latest Google Voice update and it’s quite impressive as it will make the die-hard users of this software experience smooth calls.
The latest Google Voice update will be allowing users to switch between the cellular and WiFi connection automatically. The benefit of this feature is that users can get the best out of calls since if the cellular isn’t smooth, it’s switched to a WiFi connection and vice versa – the brand calls it intelligent switching.
Previously, that’s before this latest Google Voice update, the network is set to that which is the most ideal for the call(either cellular or WiFi). Trying to switch between the two systems in the middle of a call will not work, it will only stick to the original network used to place the call – well, not anymore.
More than the latest Google Voice update
Apart from this intelligent switching via this latest Google Voice update, we’ve had other features that have been rolled out to this software. Calls could be diverted(through different ways) to different callers thereby avoiding unknown callers and also giving a feel of being secured.
Furthermore, there are the Smart Replies which are present in almost all Google products. As the name goes, it helps users reply to incoming messages faster by providing smart suggestions for users to choose from.
If you want to try out the latest Google Voice update as well as the Smart suggestions and Call diversion feature, you can head over to the Play store and download the app – USA users are in for a new digital phone number(probably an additional gift for downloading the app).
