It’s been roughly one month since Xiaomi released MIUI 13 to the Redmi Note 10S globally. The update is yet to start seeding in other regions because of the bugs reported by early adopters. After the stable MIUI 13 upgrade on Redmi Note 10S, users complained of camera lag, frame drops when playing PUBG, and distorted sounds. Perhaps, reason the update is still exclusive to the global users. Xiaomi wants to address these issues before extending the rollout to other regions, and with the latest Redmi Note 10S update, the company plans to verify problems that have been fixed.
Hence, the new update is exclusive to limited users. It’s basically to verify bugs that have been addressed before extending it to the public, and it can be identified as MIUI 13.0.2.4 SKLMIXM. If everything goes as planned, the public will probably receive a new update (MIUI 13.0.3.0 SKLMIXM) in the coming weeks.
