Samsung Galaxy S22 series phones were the first to receive the April security patch update. The devices got the update even before Google released the April security bulletin. While the current patch is still rolling out to more devices, a new Galaxy S22 update has been released in Europe.
The latest Galaxy S22 update is hitting the S22 Ultra, S22 Plus, and S22, with a firmware version S90xBXXU1AVDA. It weighs 485.55MB and currently seeding for users in Europe, Russia, and Ukraine. So far, those using the Galaxy S22 series phones with Exynos 2200 processor are reporting the new update, which has improved performance.
According to feedback the new Galaxy S22 update has enhanced their scrolling and animation experience. Interestingly, there has been some improvement in the camera app – faster performance while launching and using the app.
The update also delivers the April security patch and has supposedly fixed bugs. And from the changelog, it seems some system apps have been updated with the current update, which you can see in the above image. Nevertheless, it might take some days before the update arrives on our device, but you can check for it if you are in Europe.
