Xiaomi, in a couple of hours, will officially introduce the next iteration of MIUI – MIUI 12.5. The company has already started accepting applications from interested device users that wish to participate in the MIUI 12.5 beta testing program. Although the application is open to anyone irrespective of Region, you have to be running the Chinese ROM before you can participate.
For a few years now, only the Chinese branch of MIUI has been eligible for closed beta testing. That hasn’t changed yet as the company starts recruiting new beta testers for the MIUI 12.5 update. The registration is on-going and would close before the press conference tomorrow.
