While Xiaomi continues to roll out the latest Google Android OS to its eligible phones with a stable MIUI 13 build, Google has already set sight on Android 13. The next iteration of Google Android OS is already in the works, with the tech company releasing a couple of Android 13 developer previews. That has given an early glimpse into the features of its next major update. Unfortunately, only limited users runs the developer preview, but we expect more people to join the testing, including Xiaomi, when the beta preview starts in May. As expected, the Chinese company is getting ready as the list of Xiaomi phones to receive Android 13 surfaces online.
With Google expected to release the Android 13 beta preview builds in May, it makes sense that other OEMs start getting ready for what’s coming. Perhaps, according to Xiaomiui, Xiaomi is already doing that. From reports, the Chinese company has implemented the upcoming Android version and codename into the system. Supposedly, the codename – Tiramisu – is represented by the letter T in the image above.
And while an official list of Xiaomi phones to receive Android 13 is yet to be released, one has surfaced online. It was compiled using the company update policy, which promises two Android OS upgrades for the vast of its phones. Given that Xiaomi Mi 10 and Redmi Note 9 series phones debuted with Android 10, they’ll likely miss out on Android 13. Meanwhile, below is the alleged list of Xiaomi phones to receive Android 13.

It’s unclear whether these phones will receive Android 13 with stable MIUI 14. Perhaps, if Xiaomi chooses a point upgrade (MIUI 13.5) that would be more likely, as it would push the release of the former to December. Hopefully, we will get a clear view of the company’s plans in the coming weeks/months.
