The Magic Eraser was one of the most talked about Google photo features before the launch of the Pixel 6 series. It has been exclusive to the company’s top-of-line flagship, but it seems more users will start using the feature.
According to Google, the Magic Eraser is now available on all Pixel devices via Google photos. It is also available for Google One members on iOS and Android. They include those in the UK, US, Canada, and Europe.
The Magic Eraser is one of Google’s AI power editing tools to detect distractions in your photos so you can crop them out with a few taps. Of course, you can also mark objects or people you want to remove from your photos with a Magic Eraser to make them disappear.
Google is also bringing the HDR effect to videos. It has been exclusive to photos, but with the new development, you can now edit the brightness and contrast of your videos. There are also new collage editors. While bringing more styles, all Google photo users can now apply styles to a single photo in the collage editor.
And starting today, Google One members will get free shipping on orders from the print stores. Currently, only those in the US, Canada, Europe, and the UK are eligible.
To get started, you should update your Google photo app to get these exclusive features.
