Motorola recently unveiled two stock Android device – Motorola One and One Power. It turns out that Motorola P30 Note is same as One Power and will sell exclusively in China.
The device features the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset with regular P30. The Octa-core chip is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage expandable via Micro SD card up to 128GB.
Meanwhile, Motorola P30 Note is built on a tall 6.2-inch LCD 18.7:9 aspect ratio panel. It features 1080 x 2246px resolution and a notch at the top for notch lovers.
On the camera is a 16MP f/1.8 aperture sensor accompanied by 5MP f/2.2 sub shooter, basically for bokeh effect. There is a Dual-LED dual-tone Flash, while on the front notch is a 12MP f/2.0, 1.25um selfie snapper, with some AI beauty enhancement.
The Motorola P30 Note will run Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, on top ZUI 4.0. Power will be delivered through a massive 5000mAh battery that supports Turbo fast charge through USB-C cable.

Sitting in front of the glass designed panel is a tall 19:9 aspect ratio panel. It measures 6.2-inch diagonally, featuring 1080 x 2246px resolution onboard 409PPI while supporting over 16m colors to deliver vivid and colorful details.
Performance
Behind the fast performance is Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 Octa-core processor, according to Xiaomi, is the new mid-range powerhouse. It featured in Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, Asus Zenfone Max Pro m1 and now on the Motorola P40 Note. The SoC implements Kryo 260 core, clocking at 1.8GHz coupled with 4GB RAM to deliver a decent performance. Out of the box, it will run Android OS 8.1 Oreo.
Storage
Motorola P30 Note comes in multiple internal storage options ranging from 32GB to 64GB. Either way, you do get expansion option using micro SD card to achieve additional 128GB. However, depending on the configuration, the price varies.
Camera
It has finally become a tradition with almost all the Smartphones now debuts with dual rear camera arrangement. We have seen that in Motorola One, POCO F1, Oppo R17 Pro, Axon 9 and many others. For P30 Note, is a dual 16MP f/1.8 sensor coupled with 1.12um and Phase Detection autofocus. The main sensor is accompanied by a 5MP f/2.2 aperture sensor for bokeh effect, while other features include LED-Flash and wide angle.
Sitting on the front notch is a single 12MP f/2.0 aperture sensor with 1.25um pixel size and some AI aided beauty enhancements.
Security
Just like the Motorola One, P30 Note also debuted with rear a mounted identification scanner, unlike POCO F1 and R17 Pro that features dual unlock system. Motorola didn’t reveal if the device will feature a face scanner which is likely considering is convenience and the market but offers less security.
Battery
Packed inside the slim body is a massive 5000mAh battery for insane power performance and coupled with the power efficient chip, you get more hours on a single charge. Meanwhile, the battery supports fast charge technology (Turbocharge), through USB-C port.
