Two weeks after the first Android 11 build was released for the Mi 10 Lite in Europe, Xiaomi is currently pushing a new Android 11 update to the device. The company has also released the fastboot ROM for the first Android 11 rollout, and you can follow the link below to download it. And for the new Android 11 update for Mi 10 Lite, it’s on a limited rollout. It’s currently arriving for a few selected users for preview but should be ready for the public in the coming days.
The update is hitting eligible users with a version number, MIUI 12.1.3.0 RJIEUXM, and weighs in at 181MB. It comes with the December security patch and improved system security as per the changelog. However, you’ll receive a different size package, probably bigger if you haven’t upgraded to Android 11 yet. And if you have been skeptical about installing the ROM, you should try that now since the fastboot ROM for the first build is now available. It means that the first preview phase was a success, and no major bug was detected.
However, before installing the new Android 11 update for Mi 10 Lite, it’s necessary that you backup your data. That’ll come in handy when you need to perform a factory reset if you experience any form of lag or glitches.
