The new Redmi 7A Global update is currently arriving for everyone, but considering it’s a staged rollout, it will take some time before it gets to all compatible devices. Nevertheless, you can go to the updater app and see if the update has arrived in your device, and don’t forget to leave feedback.
A Quick overview of Redmi 7A specs, the device debuted last year along with Note 7 and Note 7 Pro. All the devices debuted and still run Android Pie, but that will soon change. The devices will be updated to Android 10, however, with the ways things are going at the moment, we might see the update come with MIUI 12. Check the full specs here.
Nevertheless, you should go ahead and download the new update once prompted. Once again, the update is safe, at least free of serious bug, and the battery backup is excellent.
