Xiaomi 13 Ultra debuted in China on April 18, 2023, alongside Xiaomi Pad 6 series. The device will make its global debut soon after a build for the international models was released a couple of weeks ago. And while there is no official global release date for the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, the Chinese models are getting a new stable update to address some issues and optimize performance.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra, unlike the predecessor, will be available on the global market. Perhaps, the company plans to address any software issues with the device before shipping it to the international market. They’re currently rolling out a new Xiaomi 13 Ultra stable update, which has addressed some serious bugs with the device.
According to reports, the new update has resolved the “abnormal frame rate problem caused by the game opening the microphone. It also addressed “the problem that the system prompts “high-temperature protection, the function is temporarily unavailable” that occurs occasionally with a low probability, fix the occasional abnormal CPU power consumption problem and optimize battery life.
The new Xiaomi 13 Ultra stable update updated the Android security patch level to May 2023 to improve system security. Meanwhile, the update has a version number MIUI 14.0.13.0 TMACNXM, which is exclusive to the Chinese models. We expect an official announcement for the global launch soon.
