Samsung has released the One UI 8 Watch Beta update to keep its promise of releasing the update this month. The release has been limited to a few countries, but we expect availability in other regions in the coming weeks.

Samsung has been working hard to deliver One UI 8 and One UI 8 Watch on time. Hence, the Korean company has started a beta program for both builds. The One UI 8 Watch is currently available for users in South Korea and the US, but we are hoping it expands to other countries in the coming weeks.
Details of the One UI 8 Watch Beta update
The One UI 8 Watch is based on WearOS 6 and is available for the Galaxy Watch 7. It brings an updated UI design while introducing new features. They include Now Bar, Now Brief, and health-related features.
According to reports, these health features are Antioxidant Index, Bedtime Guidance, Running Coach, and Vascular Load. Unfortunately, not all eligible One UI 8 Watch will receive these features, but we expect newer models to get all the latest additions.
While the update is expected for the latest Galaxy Watches first, we understand the likes of Galaxy Watch FE and Galaxy Watch 5 series will join the beta program in the future.
