With the official unveiling of stable Android 12, OEMs are now revealing their plans to upgrade eligible phones. Xiaomi has already started beta testing of the current Android version, while the Oppo Color OS 12-based Android 12 update roadmap has been revealed. The Color 12 has revamped layout for improved readability, visual contrast, and adaptable text support for over 67 languages.
Meanwhile, the Color OS 12-based Android 12 update roadmap is for global units. The public deployment will start today in Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia. It will start with the Find X3 Pro 5G in form of public beta while over countries are expected to join in the months. Oppo will look to deliver the update to over 110 of their eligible phones. They plan to finalize the deployment towards the end of 2022 to over 150 million users globally. And below is the official roadmap.
