More phones are getting the POCO Android 13 update below…
Xiaomi’s sub-brand, POCO, has released the stable Android 13 update. The current rollout is hitting select units with an MIUI 13 build, although we expect a public rollout in the coming days.
The Android 13-based MIUI 13 update was the last to start seeding among other Android skins. However, the company is targeting a swift rollout, as they’ve already upgraded the punch of their phones to the new Android OS. And while the Chinese users are already getting a stable MIUI 14, the POCO Android 13 update is seeding with MIUI 13 build.
POCO Android 13 update is hitting the POCO X4 GT with a version number MIUI 13.2.5.0 TLOMIXM and weighs 4.6GB. It brings a stable MIUI based on Android 13, bumped the Android security patch to November 2022, and optimized performance.
Also, the update enhanced smoothness and fluidity. System App icons have been shrunk, while the dialogue box looks like Stock Android. A Smart device section has been added to the control center, among other changes.
So far, we haven’t experienced any lag or glitches on our phones running Android 13 based on MIUI 13. Hence, we recommend installing the POCO Android 13 update when it arrives on your device.
