More POCO phones are now picking up Android 13 with a stable MIUI 14 update. The company recently released a list of its phones to get the update in the coming weeks, although some units got the upgrade before the announcement. They have since released the build to POCO X3 NFC, albeit without Android 13. However, the POCO F3 MIUI 14 update, as expected, is coming with the Android 13 upgrade.
The POCO F3 Android 13-based MIUI 14 update is probably the last OS upgrade for the device. It makes sense to upgrade your device once prompted, considering there haven’t been any issues with the build. However, it might take a while before the OTA arrives for your device, as it’s currently on a limited rollout.
The update will eventually arrive with a version number MIUI 14.0.7.0 TKHEUXM, and weighs 3.7GB. It brings a stable MIUI based on Android 13, January 2023 security patch to increase system security. Also, the update has improved the search in settings, making it more advanced.
Aside from the changes and improvements on the changelog, the update introduced a new widget format, photon engine, super icon, and more. You can check the complete MIUI 14 features here.
Unfortunately, only the European units are getting the POCO F3 MIUI 14 update. We expect other regions to start getting the upgrade in the coming days. To know when that happens, you can follow us on Telegram.
