POCO phones to receive Android 15 update

Google already reached platform stability for the upcoming Android OS, meaning developers are testing their app for compatibility. OEMs are also previewing the build, including POCO. However, not all POCO phones will receive Android 15 due to the company’s update policy.

POCO phones to receive Android 15

Xiaomi, the parent company of POCO, has a complicated update policy. Depending on the device, the company offers two, three, or four years of Android OS updates. It’s not surprising to see many people asking whether their device will receive a new Android OS upgrade, as you are not even sure.

Nevertheless, we understand every POCO phone gets at least one OS upgrade, meaning if your device has debuted with Android 14, you will get Android 15. Those using premium POCO phones often receive more than two Android OS upgrades.

Will My POCO phone receive Android 15?

Xiaomi has so far confirmed only the POCO M6 Pro 5G to receive Android 15. Of course, that’s not the only POCO phone that will get the upcoming update, as the company will expand the list in the coming weeks. However, given their update policy, we can speculate on other POCO phones to receive Android 15.
