The Xiaomi sub-brand might have waited years to release its first game-centric device, but they launched two in a few weeks. Perhaps, the POCO X3 GT is not essentially a gaming phone as it lacks some features of the POCO F3 GT, but the naming says otherwise. The device sports a tall IPS LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh. It features a 6nm Mediatek SoC with 5G support and a total of four camera sensors, while the battery is beefy enough and supports 67W charging. POCO X3 GT price starts at $299.

POCO X3 GT display

Arguably, the best POCO X3 GT Specs is the display. It has been equipped with a tall 6.67-inch IPS panel that supports adaptive sync and can switch between 24Hz to 120Hz. Also, the FullHD+ panel is HDR10 certified, meaning it can play back HD content on streaming channels. And for protection, POCO made use of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus to complement the IP53 rating.

POCO X3 GT performance

Under the hood is MediaTek Dimensity 1100 5G SoC. It’s a 6nm processor, and coupled with high-frequency cores, will deliver robust performance. The chip is aided by 8GB of RAM and Mali-G77 MC9 GPU for fluent multitasking and rich graphics rendering. Outside of the box, the device runs MIUI 12.5 on top of Android 11.

POCO X3 GT camera

With a primary 64 MP sensor, the POCO X3 GT will take a decent shot. It’s added by a 13MP ultra-wide and a 2MP depth sensor, while the front camera gets a single 16MP snapper. The camera can shoot 4K@30fps with the primary sensor while the front camera is capped at 1080p@30fps. Interestingly, both sides of the camera can shoot slo-mo videos.

POCO X3 GT battery and security

The POCO X3 GT draws power from a beefy 5000mAh battery. It supports 65W fast charging, which will deliver a fully charged battery in 46minutes. That will last for days on a decent usage and would get you through the day if you’re a light gamer. Meanwhile, the device uses a side-mounted fingerprint. It has been optimized to offer more functions aside from unlocking the device in a device’s time.

POCO X3 GT price and availability

The POCO X3 GT Price starts at $299 for the base 8/128GB version rising to $329 for the 256GB memory variant. POCO will sell that X3 GT in global markets, excluding India, as it looks to sell the POCO F3 GT in that region. You will be able to purchase the phone this month from Mi.com or other official stores.
