While Xiaomi continues to work on the next iteration of MIUI, which will bring Android 14 to eligible users, the Chinese company is still rolling out the Android 13-based MIUI 14 update. It is the Redmi 10C MIUI 14 update rolling out, but exclusive to Global users.
Xiaomi Redmi 10C MIUI 14 update brings Android 13 to global users. The rollout is currently exclusive to that region, while only Mi Pilot members are getting the update via OTA. It comes with a version number MIUI 14.0.2.0 TGEMIXM and weighs 3.2GB.
According to the update change log, it brings a stable MIUI based on Android 13, Updated the Android security patch level to June 2023, and increased system security. It advanced search in settings while optimizing performance and resolving bugs.
As expected, the Photon Engine to optimize power consumption and memory usage, New Widget to allow more combinations on the screen, and Super Icons to make the home screen vibrant are part of the Redmi 10C MIUI 14 update. You can check all features of MIUI 14 here.
