Xiaomi is gearing up for the launch of a new Redmi device. The Redmi 13 has received multiple certifications, meaning the device will soon arrive in the market.
The Redmi series is among the most popular Xiaomi smartphone lineup. We have seen the release of the Redmi 13C, which debuted globally before the Redmi Note 13 series. The Redmi 13, according to the FCC certification and IMEI data listing, will arrive on the global market soon.
Meanwhile, it is unclear where the launch will happen as the model number: 24049RN28L, seems odd. Usually, Xiaomi phones, when they arrive for certifications always have “C” (for China), “G” (for Global), and “I” (for India) at the end of the model number. We still expect the device to arrive on the global market soon, given the FCC certification.
And thanks to the listing, we have an idea of the specs of the Redmi 13. The device will support 33W charging with a rated battery capacity of 4930 mAh. That should turn into a typical capacity of 5000mAh battery.
As expected, Redmi 13 will run Android 14 on top of HyperOS 1.0 outside of the box. We hope to learn more about the phone in the coming weeks, and hopefully, we will get to see the design and camera specs.
