Xiaomi continues to upgrade eligible phones to Android 14 with a stable HyperOS update. The latest phone receiving the much-anticipated upgrade is the Redmi K50 Gaming. It’s a Chinese release, while the POCO F4 GT HyperOS update could start rolling out in the coming days.
The Redmi K50 Gaming is the Chinese version of the POCO F4 GT. Since the former is currently receiving Android 14 with HyperOS, we expect the latter to start getting the update soon. Usually, it takes two weeks after the Chinese rollout for the same update to become available for global users.
Meanwhile, the Redmi K50 Gaming Android 14-based HyperOS update is rolling out with a version number OS1.0.1.0.ULJCNXM. The update delivers all the expected features, including a revamped control center and a redesigned weather app. Also, a new animation language has been introduced to improve smoothness, while new system fonts and Home Screen icons are part of the package. You would notice other improvements but also bugs, and you might want to check all the reported bugs.
