It’s been over two months since Xiaomi released the first Android 12-based MIUI 13 update to the Redmi Note 10S. The rollout experienced a setback given the issues reported by early adopters and was delayed in other regions. It has since been released to units in Indonesia, while users in India are currently receiving the upgrade.
Early adopters reported multiple bugs, which most have been addressed after the initial Redmi Note 10S MIUI 13 release. That’s perhaps why the upgrade started seeding for the Indonesian variants a couple of weeks ago. And as expected Redmi Note 10S MIUI 13 update in India has started rolling out, meaning other regions could get the update in the coming days/weeks.
The Redmi Note 10S MIUI 13 update in India is seeding with a version number MIUI 13.0.2.0 SKLINXM and weighs 2.9GB. It comes with MIUI based on Android 12 and bumps the Android security patch level to June 2022. New features and optimization are part of the package, which is currently on a limited rollout.
