The Redmi Note 11 is the more affordable option in the Redmi Note 11 series phones. It’s a budget device, but it comes with some decent features. Also, the affordable price tag makes it hard to overlook as Xiaomi continues to deliver on its promise. Interestingly, it features the new 6nm Snapdragon SOC, which promises power efficiency. With the beefy battery, you would go days on the single charge.

The Note 11, compared to the predecessor, didn’t see a big upgrade. Both phones have a similar look, although you can differentiate them from the camera bump. While Redmi Note 11 has its camera sensors and LED light fitted in a rectangular island, Redmi Note 10 has its flashlight slightly outside the housing. 

The Redmi Note 11 uses a plastic back that looks like a glass at the back with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coming on the front panel. It’s IP53 rated, meaning the device is resistant to splash and dust. It would be available in Graphite Gray, Pearl White, and Star Blue.

The Redmi Note 11 has a 6.43-inch AMOLED panel. It’s an FHD+ display and supports a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen has 700 nits of brightness and can reach 1000 nits at full blast under the protection of a Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

Under the hood is the recently released Snapdragon 680 6nm processor. The SoC has its performance cores clocked at 2.4GHz and the efficiency cores at 1.9Ghz. There’s an improved Adreno 610 GPU for graphics rendering, and coupled with the AMOLED panel, you will get punchy colors always. Outside of the box, the device runs Android 11 based on MIUI 13, but it will soon receive Android 12.

There’s a total of four camera sensors on the Redmi Note 11. At the back is four sensors – 50MP primary shooter, 8MP ultra-wide angle, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth sensors. The front panel has a 13MP selfie sensor that supports face unlock and 1080p@30fps video shooting.

Powering the device is a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W charging. It would take 58 minutes to refill the battery from 0 to 100. Also, the device support reverses charge at 10W, meaning you can charge your wearables at a fast speed.

For security, the device has it’s fingerprint scanner doubling as the power button. It has been optimized for fast performance with other fictions integrated into it.

Redmi Note 11 price starts at $179 for the base 4/64GB memory variants, while the 4/128GB option sales for $199. The more premium 6/128GB variants start from $229, and you can purchase the device from official Xiaomi retail stores now.
