Xiaomi is still rolling out the much-anticipated Android 14-based HyperOS update. The Chinese company recently started releasing a second build to early adopters to address reported issues, while first-time rollout is still ongoing. As expected, the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G / Pro+ 5G Android 14-based HyperOS update is now rolling out.
The update is rolling out for Global users but is limited to a few users. They’ll preview the ROM for a few weeks, and depending on their feedback, the update might start rolling out to the public. Typically, the beta preview takes two weeks, and hopefully, the public will be widely available then.
Meanwhile, the update is rolling out with a version number OS1.0.1.0.UMOMIXM and weighs 4.9GB. Aside from the HyperOS features, the update brings the January 2024 security patch to increase system security. Also, the latest Android OS is part of the package, and you can check the complete changelog below.
