Xiaomi started the release of the HyperOS 2.2 update a few days ago. The company hopes to extend the rollout to more phones in the coming weeks. As expected, new phones are picking the new upgrade with the Redmi Note 14 HyperOS 2.2 update the latest to start rolling out.

It is the second point upgrade since the release of HyperOS 2. The successor arrives in October with Android 16, but users are expected to upgrade to HyperOS 2.2 for a seamless transition. However, it will take a few days for every eligible phone to get the OTA.

Xiaomi is rolling out a stable HyperOS-OS2.0.202.0 VOGEUXM. It’s limited to European users but for Mi Pilot members. They will preview the build, and after a few weeks, the rollout will extend to everyone in the absence of any serious bugs.
According to the changelog, Xiaomi has made a few changes. The new Status Bar allows customizing app icons and a blur effect when revealing the control center. Additionally, the update introduced a new Home screen Clock and added some depth effects.
As always, there are a few bug fixes, optimization, and security enhancements. You can check for the complete feature by following this link. Unfortunately, some of them might be missing on the Redmi Note 14, as they depend on the resources available for each device.
