While attention is slowly shifting to the One UI 6.1.1 and One UI 7 updates, Samsung is still committed to upgrading all the eligible phones to One UI 6.1. The much-anticipated upgrade is rolling out for the Galaxy A24 units. It is a limited rollout that allows a few people to preview the build, which should be available for everyone in the coming days.
Samsung Galaxy A24 One UI 6.1 update is rolling out with a version number A2AFXXU5CXE1. From the build number, the rollout is for the international models, meaning your device might have received the update, and you just have to check for it.
Unfortunately, Samsung didn’t bring Galaxy AI features to the A24 with the latest update. However, there are some new features, including photo and video editing tools in the gallery app. In addition, the update bumps the Android security patch level to May 2024 to increase system security and stability. We expect a new update soon that will bring the latest patch.

While the update is rolling out globally, there is a chance it is yet to arrive on your device. To check, go to Settings>>System update>>Download and install. Follow the screen prompt to check for a new update and download if any is available.
