Samsung’s software development team has been putting in a lot of effort recently. Although, for more than a year, the Korean giant has routinely been the first Android OEM to provide the most recent monthly security patches for its devices, including the Android 12 update. The release took place yesterday. The updated version of One UI 4.1 is now available for eight Galaxy smartphone models.
Samsung recently released One UI 4.1 for the Galaxy S10, S10+, S10e, and S10 5G. (based on Android 12). The three phones were first released in early 2019 running Android 9 and the One UI. They aren’t alone, as Samsung is also updating its other 2019 flagships.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Note10 and Note10+, which were released in mid-2019, are now receiving One UI 4.1. Several Samsung apps have changed as a result of the Notes update. Notable Features of The one UI 4.1 Update
As stated above, the March 2022 Android security patch is relatively included in the One UI 4.1 firmware update. The update comes with 1,049MB in size. Google Duo Live Sharing, Smart Widgets, and enhanced low-light portrait photography are among the notable features added. Grammarly integration with the Samsung keyboard is also part of the update.
According to reports, the firmware update allows users to share Wi-Fi credentials using Quick Share.
It is also assumed to allow users to construct links that they may use to share photographs and videos with many pals. The photographs sent using Quick Share have an edit history, allowing the recipient to undo changes. The native gallery app is also expected to get the Reflection Eraser and Shadow Eraser features in One UI 4.1.
