Samsung is on track to release the stable One UI 7 update next month. With the final beta update rolling out for the Galaxy S24 series, only a last-ditch bug can delay the planned release next month.


Galaxy S24 users have been waiting for the One UI 7 beta 5 update. It is supposedly the last build before the stable release and is now available in the US and India. The update is rolling out with loads of bug fixes while extending a video feature to the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus.

Samsung is rolling out the update with a firmware version S92xU1UEU4ZYC6 in the US. The update size is under 1GB if you are using the Galaxy S24 Ultra in the US, while those in India are getting about a 1GB package. It has a version number S92xBXXU4ZYC6.
Aside from fixing bugs and bumping the security patch level to March 2025, the update brought the Log video recording on the Galaxy S24 and the Galaxy S24 Plus. Support arrived with the One UI 7 beta 4 for the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

How to install One UI 7 beta 5 update
Only Galaxy S24 users can install the update, which is available via OTA. Head to Settings>>System update>>Download and install. Follow the screen prompts to complete the download, and reboot your device to complete the installation. Meanwhile, remember to back up your data before installation and report any issues to the Samsung developer for a quick fix.
