The latest Samsung device to start getting the One UI 6.1.1 update is the Galaxy Tab S9 series. It is rolling out to limited users in South Korea, with more people expected to start getting the upgrade in the next hours. We are likely to see the arrival in Europe next week.
After the initial delays, the One UI 6.1.1 update started rolling out last week to the Galaxy S24 series. It has since arrived for the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 FE, and as expected, the Galaxy Tab S9 One UI 6.1.1 update is now available. The update is a limited release, exclusive to those in South Korea, while other regions will start getting it soon.
Meanwhile, we understand only a few users are getting the update in Korea. The idea is for a few people to preview the build before the expansion to more users in case a major software bug is detected. Luckily, we haven’t seen any, so we believe more people will get the upgrade soon.
The Galaxy Tab S9 One UI 6.1.1 update is rolling out with a firmware version X91xNKOU4BXHB. It weighs about 2.3 GB and brings the expected Galaxy AI features. However, it is unclear if all the features are available for the Tab S9 series. We hope to find out in the coming days, but you can check for the upgrade now.
