While Google is almost finalizing the Android 15 beta tests, which the One UI 7 is based on, Samsung is yet to start the public beta for its Android skin. The company has been testing the upgrade internally, but it looks like the public beta will finally commence this month.
We have been seeing reports of the One UI 7 public beta update going live in August because Samsung has to finalize the One UI 6.1.1 update. It seems that has been done now, with the only thing remaining being to start rolling out the upgrade. And since only a few phones will receive the update, it makes sense for the Korean company to start the One UI 7 beta test.
According to Ice Universe, the Samsung One UI 7 beta will start in July or early August if everything goes as planned. It agrees to early reports saying the testing will commence next month, but we might likely see the first release later this month. As usual, it will take a series of beta releases before the build becomes stable for public use.
When will the One UI 7 update start rolling out
With the public beta starting soon, we believe Samsung will complete the testing on time to release the stable build this year. The Korean company is likely to release the stable One UI 7 to its flagship phones before the end of this year.
