Since the release of the stable Android 15 update, Sony has been rolling out the upgrade to eligible phones. While Samsung still does not know when the stable One UI 7 will start seeding, the Sony Xperia 10 VI Android 15 update has gone live.

A handful of Sony phones have picked up the stable Android 15 update in the past few weeks. Xperia 10 VI just picked up its first major Android OS upgrade, having debuted with Android 14. It is the first of the three generations of Android OS that was promised during the launch.

The update is rolling out with a build number 70.1.A.0.425 and comes in about 1GB package. Unfortunately, there’s no changelog, but Sony has been rolling out more like a stock Android 15 update. There are not many customizations, but the few standout features of the latest OS are part of the build.
