Xiaomi is set to introduce the successor of the Redmi Note 10 series. It’s been only a few months since the devices were released, but the company is about to release the Redmi Note 11 and Redmi Note 11 Pro. Perhaps, they plan to launch the duo in the Chinese market before the Chinese Singles Shopping day.
According to the latest report from Weibo, Xiaomi might debut the Redmi Note 11 series phones in early November. That seems to be the case as the specs of the devices, along with theit price tags are exposed.
Interestingly, the devices are priced competitively, considering the specs. As for the vanilla Redmi Note 11, it’ll feature an LCD panel and will run MediaTek Dimensity 810 Octa-core processor. That will be paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Power will be provided by a beefy 5000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
The camera department will feature a primary 50MP shooter, and it’s expected to retain a quad arrangement. At the front, there’ll be a single 16MP shooter.
The Pro variant is more of a flagship killer with its features. To the dismay of many, it will also feature a MediaTek processor (Dimensity 920 Octa-core). That means we won’t see a Snapdragon-powered Redmi Note 11 series phone, at least in China.
And while the vanilla version will sport an LCD panel, Redmi Note 11 Pro will feature a 120Hz OLED panel. It will retain a single 16MP selfie shooter, while the rear camera will have a primary 108MP sensor. The device will draw power from a 5000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.
Other features of the Redmi Note 11 Pro include an X-axis linear motor, JBL speakers, and NFC. It will have a base 6G of RAM and up to 256GB internal storage.
