While the Big G introduced a Google Wallet at the just concluded I/O which combines the old Google Wallet and Google Pay to deliver a comprehensive digital wallet for storing important IDs, Samsung has decided to do likewise by offering a new Samsung Wallet app.
According to the Korean Brand, the new Samsung Wallet app helps smartphone users organize their border passes, digital keys, IDs, and payment cards with no single worry of security as it is an easy-to-use app secured by Samsung Knox. Adding to the organization feat, the brand says the app is capable of unlocking doors with digital keys using SmartThings.
Crypto traders worldwide should fancy the new Samsung Wallet as the brand claims it uses the Open Galaxy ecosystem by connecting with the Samsung Blockchain Wallet to easily monitor cryptocurrencies, although the app doesn’t support official IDs yet. Emphasis on the “yet” as there’s a high probability the brand makes this available later in the year.

The new Samsung Wallet app was made available to the following regions at launch.
