Whatsapp has been doing a great job trying to make privacy control and security generally enhanced. WhatsApp new visibility options have been enabled to give users better control over who views their “Last Seen”, “About”, and Whatsapp Status.

Whatsapp new visibility options

This feature was initially available for only the beta testers but the company is officially rolling out Whatsapp new visibility options for every user. Previously, in the section of Whatsapp Status, the restrictions only had options for everyone, your contacts, and completely hidden. But now, the Whatsapp new visibility options help users adjust the “your contacts” to select the specific contacts you’re restricting, it’s now “My contacts except…”.

To use these new privacy control settings, tap on the three-dot icon at the top right corner of your WhatsApp, and then move to Account, click on Privacy, you will see the new option there. If you haven’t gotten these tweaks, then it will be that you are not using the current version of Whatsapp. You can simply move over to play store and update the app.

WhatsApp new visibility options aren’t the only tweak seeded on WhatsApp recently

Whatsapp had already dished out new Whatsapp message reactions enabling users to react to messages using the Thumbs Up, Red heart, Face with Tears of Joy, Face with Open Mouth, Crying Face, and Folded Hands reactions.

Users have also been equipped with a new security enhancement to prevent scams, and then the WhatsApp group members limit has been doubled. Whatsapp has surely gotten better with improved security as well as Whatsapp new visibility options and message reactions.
