First off, you would think the MIUI 14 update is exclusive to the Android 13 software however, the Chinese tech giant extended the MIUI 14 update to the Android 12 so older devices can partake in the update. Xiaomi is rolling out MIUI 14 to some POCO devices. But which devices?
These POCO smartphones will get MIUI 14 update
POCO said in March that it would upgrade 18 handsets to MIUI 14 during the second and third quarters of 2023. The firm has now said that 11 devices would receive MIUI 14 as part of its Q2 2023 rollout. The new list appears to be global, whereas the previous list appeared to be unique to India. As a result of their Indian exclusivity, the POCO C55 and POCO F3 GT are absent from the list of 11 devices.
As a result, POCO has enhanced Q2 2023 eligibility by 7 devices from the POCO F, POCO M, and POCO X lines. The list of POCO devices(in this article) should receive MIUI 14 worldwide before the end of June. Please keep in mind that POCO may take longer to deploy MIUI 14 in some locations than in others. POCO also indicates that further devices will be included in future release plans, however, no specific date has been set.
