Xiaomi continues to deliver the stable HyperOS 2 upgrade to eligible phones. The rollout started seeding to the Xiaomi 13 Lite last week but was limited to global users. Those in Europe are getting the upgrade, and as usual, only a few people will receive it for preview.

It will take a few days to complete the beta preview, after which the update is released for more users. However, you can install the upgrade manually if you have an authorized Mi Beta account. Ensure you back up your files, as there have been bugs and glitches after the upgrade.
Details of Xiaomi 13 Lite HyperOS 2 update in Europe
Xiaomi 13 Lite is getting a stable OS2.0.2.0. VLLEUXM build. It weighs 5.6GB and comes with all the expected features except for HyperAI. According to the list released by Xiaomi, only a handful of phones will get that AI feature. We understand most of the functions are performed on the device, which requires resources that are not available on some Xiaomi phones.
Nevertheless, you will get improved performance, animation, bug fixes, and security enhancement. Of course the update brings the much-anticipated Android 15 and bumps the Android security patch level to increase system security. You will notice other improvements and changes after upgrading your device to HyperOS 2.
You can check the updater app for the update, and remember to back up your data before installation. If you encounter any bugs, you can report it to Xiaomi developers so they can fix it.
