The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is one of the very impressive smartphones from the Chinese tech giant, Xiaomi, that has made waves in the market – and still is. The smartphone has an aesthetic feel coupled with awesome hardware and software – a lot of features to explore. That said, seems the camera isn’t the best according to global rankings.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra camera placement in global rankings
DXO evaluated the 13 Ultra and ranked it 14th in the world, trailing phones like the Google Pixel 7 Pro (6th). Huawei’s P60 Pro (first), Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max (eighth), last year’s iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max (eleventh), and even Xiaomi’s own Mi 11 Ultra from two years ago are all in the running.
The ranking of Xiaomi’s flagship cameraphone in the 14th position may appear harsh, but upon closer inspection, DXOMARK’s analysis contains more praise than criticism. Among the numerous advantages of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, according to the survey, are the constant image quality across the zoom range, the neutral white balance, and the highly natural detail depiction. Exposure instabilities, as well as occasional halos and oversaturated colors in outdoor photographs, are among the concerns.
