Xiaomi has released their latest T-series phones consisting of Xiaomi 14T and 14T Pro. Both phones run different firmware, and hence, you cannot install the ROM for the former on the latter. Nevertheless, you don’t have to worry about that, as we will provide links to all Xiaomi 14T stable updates on this page.
Xiaomi 14T debuted with Android 14 on top of HyperOS 1, making it eligible for Android 15 and HyperOS 2.0. Both upgrades will roll out simultaneously, and of course, that’s not where the journey will end for the device.
The current Xiaomi update policy means the Xiaomi T-series phones are eligible for four Android OS updates and five years of security support. That probably means five iterations of HyperOS upgrades, but you are never sure with Xiaomi. However, we are optimistic the Chinese company will deliver four OS updates and monthly security patches.
That said, Xiaomi 14T debuting with Android 14 means it will get up to Android 18. It will get security patch updates till September 29, 2029, as confirmed by the official software support page. Unfortunately, there is no time frame for these updates, but you can stay updated by visiting this page.
