Like HyperOS 2.1, the update seems limited to premium phones. Currently, the update is rolling out in China, but we expect a global rollout in the coming weeks.

Xiaomi HyperOS 2.2 update: Phones
Xiaomi will release the HyperOS 2.2 update to a handful of phones, but it seems to be testing the build at the moment. It will take a few weeks to release the update to all eligible phones before they focus on HyperOS3, which will be based on Android 16.
