Xiaomi is currently one of the biggest smartphone makers in Europe. According to recent reports, the company has shipped most 5 G-enabled smartphones in that region and has continued to dominate. And while the numbers are impressive, the company can still add to that if they can be able to address some issues affecting their phones. They’re essentially software problems, which are rooted in their Android skin – MIUI. Luckily, the company has been working on that, and hopefully, they’ll be able to address all that with MIUI 13. However, the company is currently looking for users having network issues in Europe and Indonesia.
Perhaps, some Xiaomi users in Europe and Indonesia are having network issues with their Xiaomi phones. According to the report, users with Orange Operators experience situations of call drop, can’t hear another person’s voice, poor signal, or mobile data not working. Interestingly, Xiaomi is also interested in other Network operators having the same issue as they look to find the cause of it. Hence, if you’re having network issues with your Xiaomi and you reside in Europe or Indonesia, Xiaomi is looking for you.
The company has created a telegram group where only people facing these problems are expected to join. However, the company stressed that they need proper logs for the issue, and hence, you’ll have to do some work from your end. That said, you can follow this link here to join the group. Hopefully, they’ll do the same thing in other regions as it seems not only those in the aforementioned region are having network issues with their Xiaomi phone.
