The latest Xiaomi phone to start picking the stable MIUI 13 update is the Mi 11 Ultra. It’s the Chinese variants getting the much-anticipated build that brings along some minor improvements and a new Android OS. According to Xiaomi, the current build has improved app fluency, security, introduced new wallpapers, and improved the system stability.
Xiaomi has been working on improving the stability of MIUI for years now, which will probably address most of the problems faced by its users. It seems they got it right this time as MIUI 13 has been smooth, and we are yet to receive any bug report. Although it’s still early days, Xiaomi seems to be getting it right lately. With the release of MIUI 12.5 Enhanced, the company addressed many issues and improved stability. They’ll continue on the path with MIUI 13, and hence, we recommend you download and install when prompted.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra / Pro stable MIUI 13 update is seeding with a version number – MIUI 13.0.5.0 SKACNXM. It brings features of the newly released iteration of MIUI to improve performance and stability. Also, the package includes some features of Android 12, but that might not be visible due to MIUI. However, you’d notice some improvements made by Google on security and the notification panel when you choose “Android version” under Settings >>Notifications & Control center >>Notification shade.
Meanwhile, the update is still on a limited rollout, meaning only a few users are getting it. We hope for the public rollout to commence in the coming days. However, there’s a link below this post if you opt for manual installation, although we recommend waiting for the OTA.
