It seems Xiaomi has settled on a December time-frame for the release of a new iteration of MIUI. The latest version of MIUI arrived last December with Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro, which was the case of their predecessors. With Xiaomi MIUI 15 features now surfacing, we expect the launch timeframe to remain the same.
Xiaomi MIUI has improved over the years, and with the launch of MIUI 15, we anticipate more improvements and new features. That looks inevitable, given the latest leaks discovered through the MIUI Mi code. The upcoming update will introduce new clipboard functionalities and increase the volume output to 200%.

New Clipboard Functionalities
According to Xiaomiui, Xiaomi MIUI 15 will introduce new functionalities to the clipboard. In MIUI 15, it will be possible to copy photos and files to a clipboard aside from texts. Hopefully, users can move these files seamlessly from one connected device to another using the Mi Smart Hub.
Super Volume
Like what’s obtainable with VLC, Xiaomi will integrate the function with MIUI. A toggle is expected on quick settings to allow users to raise their device volume to 200%. The idea comes in handy in a noisy environment during video playback, but we are yet to see how the company will work on distortions that come with this feature.
Of course, these are not all the Xiaomi MIUI 15 features. We expect to see more in the coming weeks/months, given the supposed December launch timeframe. Aside from new additions, we expect the company to improve the stability of MIUI, which they made a big leap with MIUI 14.
