Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus has been on the news lately, but it’s now official. The successor of Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus features some compelling specs mostly seen on premium smartphones while keeping an affordable price tag.
Xiaomi has officially released the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus. The device has a premium body with its curved display, which is a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel. It refreshes at 120Hz and features 12-bit color depth and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. There’s a 16MP front-facing camera sensor sitting under a Corning Gorilla Victus Glass.
For the first time, a Redmi Note phone supports an IP68 rating, making it water-resistant and dust-resistant. Under the hood is a Dimensity 7200 Ultra Octa-Core processor optimized for the primary 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor. The processor has two performance cores clocked at 2.8GHz and six efficiency cores at 2.0GHz. It’s coupled with 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. Outside of-the box, the device runs Android 13 on top of MIUI 14.
The 200MP sensor is paired with an 8MP Ultra-wide lens and a 2MP depth sensor. It supports shooting 4k@30fps and 720@960fps. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have 8k shooting capabilities, while the front camera sensor can support 1080p@30/60fps.
There’s a 5000mAh battery with 120W fast charging. It’s expected to charge the battery from 0 to 100 in less than 20 minutes. Other features of the device include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, 3.5mm headphone jack, and dual stereo speakers.
