Xiaomi is one of those Android OEMs that have an intelligent prowess in making smartphones. We’re expecting a Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus from the brand and as usual, we’ve got leaks. Recent leaks reveal the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus design. Let’s take a look at what sources discerned from it.
Details of the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus design
According to the leaked schematics provided by Digital Chat Station, the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus will have a flat screen design, a flat side frame, and a camera island similar to the Xiaomi 13. However, the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus will be larger in size, featuring a 6.7-inch display compared to the Xiaomi 13’s 6.36-inch display.
Additionally, the leak suggests that the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus will come with MIUI 15 out of the box, although it’s not confirmed whether it will run on Android 14 when it is released. The smartphone is expected to hit the global market in January of next year, and there’s a possibility that it may be running on Android 14 by that time.
Meanwhile, Xiaomi has recently released the Redmi 12 4G, powered by the Helio G88 SoC, and there are expectations of a 5G version in the near future. A smartphone with model code 23076RN4BI, believed to be the Redmi 12 5G, has been spotted on Geekbench with its essential specifications, indicating that it may run on Android 13 and be powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC with 8GB of RAM.
As with any leaks, it’s important to take this information with a grain of salt until official announcements are made by Xiaomi regarding the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus and Redmi 12 5G smartphones.
