Xiaomi will launch the Redmi Note 13 series phones tomorrow in an event in China. The Chinese company will announce its latest mid-range phones under the Redmi sub-brand, along other products. We expect the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus to be the star of the event, which from the latest report, will feature some premium-tier specs.
The Redmi sub-brand is known for its affordable mid-range offerings, but the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus might change that perception. We already saw the design of the Pro Plus, which adopted a curved display seen on Xiaomi flagship phones. It seems that’s not the only feature the device borrowed from flagship phones, as it’s confirmed to feature fast RAM and Storage.
According to the latest posters from the company on Weibo, the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus will supposedly feature 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. There will be a 120W fast charge to top up the 5000mAh battery, while the Redmi Note 13 Pro will get a 67W charging.
While the Pro Plus model is equipped with a curved display, it’s a flat screen with a 2.27mm bezel on the Pro model. We hope to learn the complete features of the devices after tomorrow’s event and the starting price for each model.
