Xiaomi is yet to release the Redmi Note 13 series phones to the global market. And while that will soon change, the Chinese company has officially released the Redmi Note 13R Pro. The latest addition to the Note 13 series has a different design but has the same specs as the Redmi Note 13.
We knew Xiaomi would soon release the Redmi Note 13R Pro after releasing a stable build for the device. Though it has a different design language to the Redmi Note 13, it features the same specs. Both run the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 Octa-core processor paired with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 13R Pro features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, but there is no under-display fingerprint scanner as the company prefers side-mounted ones. There is a single 16MP front camera placed inside a punch hole and protected with Corning Gorilla Glass. The display can reach 1000 nits of peak brightness while refreshing at up to 120Hz.
At the back is a big camera bump that spans the width of the phone. It houses the primary 108 MP camera, 2MP macro shooter, and LED Flash. The sensor supports PDAF and can shoot videos at 1080@30fps. Power is drawn from a 5000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 13R Pro price and availability
Xiaomi is currently selling the Note 13R Pro in China starting at CNY 1,999 ($280). The device is available in Yellow, Black, and Blue. We expect the device to arrive on the international market under the POCO sub-brand.
