It’s been over two years since Apple jumped to start releasing the iPhone X-series, which hindered the release of the iPhone 9. Well, according to leaks and recent rumors, Apple is nearing the release of the iPhone 9. The device is expected to debut alongside the successor of the 2016 iPhone SE. Before now, there hasn’t been anything concrete, but thanks to a popular leakster, we now know some details about the device.
Both the Apple iPhone 9 and the iPhone SE 2 are set to make its debut in Mid-March according to @evleaks. However, there’s a bit of confusion as regards the naming as whether it will be called iPhone 9 or iPhone SE 2. That’s for now is still a myth until any official announcement. You can check below for the CAD-based renders of the phones.
From the renders, the device has a thick bezel, more like the iPhone 8. It also retains the Touch ID physical home button to further agree with the rumor that suggests the Apple iPhone 9 will look more like the iPhone 8. Other rumors have it that the phone will feature a face unlock, but until the device is officially next month, we would find out which way apple headed.
